CONFUSED ABOUT TEXAS PAROLE, SUPPORT LETTERS, PAROLE ELIGIBILITY, AND PAROLE PACKETS?

TRYING TO PREPARE A TEXAS PAROLE SUPPORT CASE AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN?

Relax, take a deep breath, and start from the beginning. I have been where you are, and have spent twenty-one (21) years searching and compiling Texas Parole information. In all those years I was aware, as you most certainly are, that I was playing "Beat the Clock" to get a parole packet ready to send to the Texas Parole Board once my loved one's file had been pulled for review.

IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY TO BEGIN PREPARATION FOR THE PAROLE REVIEW.

Let the twenty-one (21) years of knowledge that I have help you and your loved one in the quest for a favorable parole vote.  While there are no guarantee's of parole being granted, it IS possible to learn how to work with the Texas Parole System without losing your mind doing it.

I have condensed the information that I found most helpful into one easy to understand package that I would love to share with you.  It will enable you to get started quickly preparing the parole package, show you what steps to take and guide you through the Texas Parole Process, and even provide tips for the TDCJ inmate so they can help themselves, too!  After you have read the information and finished your parole packet, send it to me and I'll be more than happy to proof-read it and make some suggestions.  I will attempt to do anything that I can to help you develop the most convincing parole package possible.  Check out my parole package information contents and you'll be one step closer to an effective parole support package.  Good Luck!

ABOUT ME

I have firsthand knowledge of what it is like to have a loved one in the Texas Prison System.  Since 1986, I have spent many countless hours, and years, as well as days searching for information on, and about Texas Parole and trying to master this procedure and do what I could to possibly help other people in similiar situations.  While parole information is out there, it's difficult to locate, and looking for it is time consuming.  I've been collecting information for some twenty-one (21) years.  I have seen parole package examples with poor grammer and spelling errors that I would have never wanted my name associated with.

My intent is to share the Texas Parole Information that I have found most useful, and condense it into a format that is easy to understand.  Time is of essence when an inmate is moved to TDCJ-ID, and having all of the necessary information (clearly organized) can be invaluable when attempting to take steps in support of a positive Parole vote.

The information that I provide is intended to be a guideline.  All individual cases are different.  I do not claim to be able to predict the outcome of parole as this is impossible for anyone to do.  Some Parole Attorney's will claim that they can do this, and that by having a lawyer a person chances of making parole goes up.  This is a sign to be very wary of when securing their services.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

1.  I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY;

2.  I am not a representative of or affiliated with the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole in any way;

3.  Parole is a privilege, not a right.  I make no promises and none should be implied as to whether or not an inmate will be granted parole.  All parole related decisions remain in the hands of the voting members of the Texas Board of Pardons & Paroles Division and no-one else;

4.  I will not represent any inmate before the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles;

5.  I will not submit any documents on behalf of an inmate to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles;

6.  I do assist in preparing a professional Parole Resume Presentation Package ( A Family Resume Presentation), but the family has the option of submitting the resume to the parole board or to anyone else they wish.  You will see that this information I have compiled over the past twenty-one (21) years will be effective, informative and very useful in your quest for parole in the State of Texas.

Working together as one can many things accomplished during this process.  Always remember that during the time being served by your loved one he/she needs to take advantage of all the educational opportunities within the prison system.  Education that he/she most likely would never forgo if free.  A person can come out of prison a better person if he/she applies themselves and tries to accomplish something.  Getting a resume parole presentation let's everyone know that your loved one has not been just sitting around doing time, but been involved in getting their lives together and being a productive member of society and their communities.  We are to help you do that.  Call us today, or e-mail tomcmoore@amerion.com
